3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary assets, content, and approvals to ensure project progress. Delays caused by client unavailability may result in timeline adjustments. Clients must ensure they have proper rights to any materials provided to us for use in the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or components used in development. Third-party services, APIs, and licenses are the client's responsibility to maintain post-delivery.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data with strict confidentiality. We do not share proprietary information with third parties except as necessary to complete the project (e.g., app store submissions).

7. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store contact information including name, email, and company details as necessary to provide our services. 8. Limitation of Liability

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as outlined in the project agreement. Post-launch support and maintenance services are available separately. We do not warrant that applications will be error-free or uninterrupted, as external factors beyond our control may affect performance.
